NRN catches up with Chris Simms , owner/operator of the Lazy Dog Cafe chain which has rapidly expanded over the past few years . Simms reveals plans to open another two locations in 2012 and confides that he may sell up in 10 to 15 years. On the subject of M.B. Post , a venture in which his family invested, Simms says, “We’re exceeding expectations on all levels. Sales started off strong and remained strong. Reviews are coming in positive.” [ NRN ]
